The site takes forever to load, I woudl suggest you put less content on the landing page and link off to other content. Thumbnails linked to actual images rather than loading all the graphics at once or maybe a rotating.

Layout looks funny as it loads not sure why the colours I think maybe don't work together very well on my TFT monitor
