This appears to be a pretty decent site. The design isn't the most modern design in the world, and it probably won't win any awards for creativity, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. In the town car business, you're not necessarily interested in catering towards super-creative computer people - you're just looking to target people in Seattle who may need transportation. The site is clean, easy to use, to the point, and I think it fits that demographic quite well.

I quite like how you have easy-to-find links across the top that answer whatever questions a typical visitor might have. The "About Us" blurb is great. The FAQ section also seems to cover the usual types of questions that someone might have when visiting a site like this.

Overall, I think it's a pretty good site that should do a decent job promoting Seattle Town Car Transportation and the services you offer.
