SITE REVIEW: Sharepixel.com - Web Designs & Templates

Hey everyone. I have recently just launched my website on the web. You can find it at:

We make website templates/designs or custom ones that people can purchase. Any critism, suggestions, comments or anything else is welcome. Thanks everyone!

- A '1' appears at the top of the page
- The whole site seems like it is too low down
- I don't like the look of the blue text on the grey gradiant
- You should probably add more padding to the text

the look of the site is too 1999 , i think you should do a liil more design work

Is this mostly in CSS?

I would add some padding as well.
Check your spelling - "...how to get you advertising here"
The design is too boxy for me.
Maybe add a gradient or soft patterned background...
There are too many font choices, try to keep to a max of three
The text under the logo is hard to read

Yes I know. It's my counter. I've been trying to fix it. If you refresh again, then it disappears. But if I don't let it say "1", it doesn't count you as a visitor.
Yes, that's what I thought too. Though it's very hard to find a colour that doesn't throw out the rest of the colour scheme, while at the same time being able to be read easily.
What do you mean the text under the logo? Do you mean the slogan? Cause that looks fine to me.
Uh, really? Cause I've only used 1. Verdana. Apart from the logo, everything uses the font "Verdana".
I never actually thought of it that way till you said that. But, I must admit you're actually rather correct.
No, it uses barely any CSS, because it's a bit much to code "the whole" website in CSS. Positioning things with it is hard. It's all made with HTML, JavaScript, PHP and a little bit of CSS. The rest is just tables.
What do you mean more padding to the text?
I actually fixed it a while ago, but there's a glich in the system. So when I upload a new picture, it takes a day before the picture changes on the website. Anyone know how to fix this?
It only is that low because the "1" is pushing it down for some odd reason.

looks good, though i think you have too many grey gradient lines throughout your site...it looks like a design error or something

There's only 4, and 1-2 of them are unnoticable because their at the bottom of the page

IMHO:
1 - too many boxes...
2 - add some padding
3 - build a more professional header, this has too many effects and colors...
4 - why that 3 boxes on top are so big ?

IMHO...
