Your pages are pretty neat and well organised.
Besides, I love the sliding effect of services' menu.

Overall I would say this is a good start. The is a lack of color in my opinion as it is too white. As mentioned above a landing page would be nice on your index page as the site doesn't really explain what it is on the index page.

I like the design and layout, it just needs a bit more pop and description. Maybe some examples? Even if it's just an image of polls with the different options, it would give a glimpse of what it is.
