There should be main page with text explaining site content. I have visited your site without reading your description and I didn't know what this site is about.

I have just try it and yes, it has passed. If you enter the url: SiteTooler.com it doesn't pass but if your write: http://www.sitetooler.com passes it.
I like your web. It is very useful for newbies as cjxxi says. That is good because the 90% of people are newbies.

Hello,

In your header logo you have a lot of unused yellow space on the right side which could be used for a site slogan or info. Also why not add a favicon?

Needs a little tweaking but looks good.

It's ok, nice layout, but the google ads under the buttons make it really annoying, because they are the type that are meant to look like buttons, and yeah...

Pretty useful things such as the guestbook, counter, web poll and contact forum.

I might even use some of the featues, but make the feature box prominat with a different background coulour to stand out.

Quite a sinmple layout the only area which draws my attention is the header which I'm sure is not your intention. I would recommend you add more colour to the main content so that it stands out more and change the yellow block for an adsense add image only though not text.

Depending on who's advertising they can add to your site unlike the text based ones.
