SITE REVIEW: Split-Media.com

I have opened this company up with a friend of mine, we have a good ammount of customers now, and we have only been open for about 4 weeks. But, I always love to have comments, and feedback on what I can do more to the site, to make it better for all users, and customers, etc. I would love to have some feedback from you guys, that would help build our site up even more.

We are also looking for companies to affiliate with, so if you are a gaming community, gaming site, etc.. We would love to have you as a partner, or affiliate.

Thanks a lot guys, heres the information:

Very impressive at first look. The color used are according to the subject and the header looks amazing. The navigation looks awesome. Good job on the site.
About forums : When viewed in 1024 x 768 resolution in firefox it shows a horizontal scrollbar , fix that. The forums color and skin looks really good and rich in contents . Best of Luck with it !

Very nice design! Loads well in both IE and Firefox.

Couldn't find a single page with styling errors.

Pretty fast load time.

Thumbs up!

The site is graphically well designed with a very complementary color scheme. There is an appropriate amount of contrast from the nav bar to the content column in the center. however links on the nav bar are the same color as the text in the content page so that is kind of confusing. I would change link color on the nav bar to something other than black. Light to dark color. Content seems well thought out.

Certainly a nice looking site. It looks polished and ready for business, congratulations on that front. The only criticisim I'd make (if I may) is that some of the header images are almost 200K which took a little longer to download.

I realise, however, that it probably won't have much of an impact on your target audience (i.e. gamers often have very fast internet connections).

Good luck! :)

I like it. It looks nice, colours are nice ... good stuff. So that I don't shut up ... why not try to make the links in the menus with a small ident .. they look glued to the margins .. anyway .. love it :)
