the colour scheme does not flow to well
the blinking welcome is very annoying
the "contact us" page is well designed, layout wise
location is well done, perhaps bigger spacing between coming from the different locations, or separate pages with maps of there own
calculator is good aswell

major things I would change would be:
color scheme (layout is ok)
our location page
the darkening behind links (good for the contact us, but not the banner image)

You need to research websites and expensive magazines. Don’t be tempted to use borders but instead flat areas of colours. You want to keep the clean look and feel that you already have but you need a little flair…

Consider:

1. Fonts: Menu bold Veranda, content Verdana size 75% or Arial font size 2.
2. Learn what can be done using CSS for mouse-over and use this for the menu
3. Consider using server side includes instead of frames. I recommend PHP

I agree with changing the fonts. You also need to add a title to the site and personally I am not a big fan of frames. It makes it harder for the search engines to read the whole page. If you want people to find the site in the search engines add some meta description, site title and a robots.txt file.

swooshn: I'm not going to lock this post however I want to bring to your attention the lack of content in your reviews that you have done for other people, like the following:

"Cool Site !!!!! very stylish"

"Awesome banner !!!!!!"

As you can already see, people have taken the time to give you proper reviews so you should at least do the same for others as well... I think it would be great if you would contribute one more decent review to someone, seeing as you have already made two other good reviews already (aside from the two above), and that would officially make your third...

I'm not trying to circumvent the rules. I'm fairly new to this field. When i see a nice website, i really don't what to say. If a see a plain website, then i can offer some benficial feedback. Sorry.

Yeah I know, thats why I am not locking it, just letting you know is all. If you cant think of anything to write then try another review where you could make some useful suggestions, it really does help everyone to get great reviews for their sites, as you will see from those who will write back on yours :D

Cheers,
Rose

I think the colors you used are ok !
don't forget to set the <title> tag in the head - looks better and increases your ranking in search engines.
Like the roll-overs in the horizontal navigation bar.
try to stick with web-safe colors where possible, and I think you should use more css.

Good start tough
