I'm sure you have reviewed a million forum websites out there and they're all the same.. This is no different.

what would be some good ways to generate traffic to my website? what could i do to make it more appealing and making people come back for more....

First thing i noticed is the blue color which is very bright and distracts my eyes you may consider changing into more pleasing one..

The header doesnt look good, i mean it is not attractive and prof..

both are in different width, where as the second one expands to out of my screen ( i tested with 800x600)

The good part is you have categorised the forum with fewer sections which is good for the begining and expand as members grow.

i think the bg is ok. the copyright text at the bottom isn't very visible. See if you can align the google ad a bit in the center. I'm not a big fan of the top logo caving in like that in the middle, but overall nice job on the site.

I like the layout and color scheme. But I'd put the Google ad on the right hand side. People's eyes move from left to right while reading, so I think the ad is more effective there.
