If this is your first try with flash I must admit that you got some high skills in how to learn flash in no time.

When I first was pushing this reply button, I had some comments on what you could improve on the page, but it just slipped my mind.

The first think you need to change is the size of that audio clip in your intro... it causes the preload time to bloat for an intro that is not too involved.

About the main site, i'm viewing it through Mozilla 1.6 and it looks like you're having some problems aligning the frames to match up. This is a matter of widths, but also the top frame cuts off the text at the bottom. Bear in mind that using scrolling frames together with no scroll frames will often give the page a divided feeling... because of this and various other reasons i would advise against using frames. Possibly look into <iframe> tags.
