-Colors : look nice together, greens and yellows look warm and bright.

-Navigation : pretty easy and fast.categories on the side and also love the new thread section.

-Ease of Use : vry easy again with the categories.

-Understanding what the site is about for general user : very easy, i understood straight away after reading your banner

-general Design : really nice, the boxed areas have curved edges and i found the design very pro.

I give your site 8/10. What your logo define, in first see i think this site for "couriers services". make it related to your site.

there are lots of color: blue, green, orange, brown,...
i think you should use a few colors, decide what color you will use,
for example use dark blue for top menu...

Colors : nice, all fits each other.
Navigation : mess, really it looks messy, to many links, site/link structure looks like old USA style. Americas sites are famous of massy navigation. Web2.0 is nowadays standard and web2.0 means clean, nice and easy.
Ease of Use - read 'Navigation'
Understanding what the site is about for general user : there should me text on main page explaining subject of your website. E.g. Welcome at drugs, blah, blah. We are company providing best quality drugs blah blah. You can find your nearest drugstore in blah.
general Design : alright

Colors : I like it basically but i'd change the colour of the brown buttons for any of the others you use, for example blue to give it more contrast.
Navigation : Too much information and links in the main panel.
Understanding what the site is about for general user: very well.
General Design : With Opera and Firefox there is something wrong with http://www.unidrugs.com/images/right_2.gif. It isn't centered-
I like the left and top panels.

Just Review your site, I like the left part and right part of this design, middle part can be improved, or if you use white color or gray color at bottom of the page, it may look more batter.
