I think it's a nice design - well thought out and executed.

I can't understand the language so I can't give any comments about grammar and such...

There are several things that irk me, however:

#1:

#2:

On this second one, both the right boxes seem to be a little higher than their left-hand counterparts. This is no serious flaw by any means but it it distracting to the viewer.

#3: The last is in regards to that link right down the bottom to Mars Web Design. The colours aren't the same to the background... I know this can be out of your control... but still it is a tad distracting.

19 w3c validation errors ... check them out here ... then yes ... the little flash thingy at the bottom of the screen is not the same colour as the background.

I would suggest that you leave the background white anyway instead of that orange colour ... it looked better to me while it was still loading and the background was white ...

Also you may want to disable the link of the page that the user is on, for example if I am on the "Cenik" page the link in the left hand nav-bar should be disabled ...

Maybe on the contact page you can make the email address an email link for more functionality ... Not the end of the world though
Let's leave all our *plum* where it is and go live in the jungle ...

I like the main part of the design, however, I think you need a new more interesting background, the solid color is a bore.

I dont understand the language, but i can see you need to concentrate on trying to capture customers information i.e. FREE newsletter so you get their email address. Also its a static site, so try and get some moving pictures, or get the products to change, so the site is different every time someone comes back. It makes it more interesting in my view.

The logo looks nice. The site is nice and clean... I like it.
