Hi,

Overall I think your site looks OK. At least I like the feel of it.
A couple of items I think could use some attention:

- Use the same radius for the curvy corners in your main menu, to match the radius of other corners (like in the headings).

- Twitter icon in top menu doesn't work, is not clear enough.

- I would remove the grain in your background, it doesn't match the rest of the site.

- Your logo looks 'off', put some more pixels between 'freelancer' and the two triangles. Make 'design' smaller so it fits inside the lower triangle, and perhaps make it bolder, so it is more in balance with the globe in the top triangle.

Hope this helps a bit, good luck with your site.

I really like it but you should change menu color because it's same as your banner.

Good looking one, but I really don't like two main menus and flash slide show in design examples section.

This section is the most important, so make it fast loading and easy to navigate. I don't think you need flash here. Visitors want to see 100% zoomed designs + a link to the working web site.

ps: Make some additional padding for 3 buttons on bottom. Between footer and buttons.

Egor.

Not sure if I'd want a non-English programmer to design my website. Web design is much more than putting text and images together. There is a lot of psychology behind website design. Just thought I'd add that in.

Your site needs faster loading time. Stay away from Flash. It's a distraction. It was cool when it came out, but we are in the "web 2.0" era. Everything is fast, interactive and social. Better designed Websites get the message across efficiently. They don't just look cool and make people think, "how the heck was that made"

you could work on the menu a bit more. It's a bit into the air up there. The rest looks nice.

Good design, but need to repair about the "Twitter" logo and link, visitor cannot see the logo clearly. I like about your color composition, very nice.

Talking about your portfolio slide, the images are blur, need to create a clear one.

The layout is nice. I am not a big fan of the colors but that's more of a personal thing :) I am sure others don't agree with me.
using Safari on mac the twitter button seems misplaced....i am not sure if it is ment that way or not. I would also make it stand out more with a more eye catching icon
best of luck
