I like your website design. Nice job. But I think that you have to improve your site popularity with SEO (Search Engine Optimization).

In terms of design, there's a lot room for improvement... it looks outdated to me... I personally,would work on the menu to make it more readable and more appealing, I would hire someone to design a professional logo - that globe looks so out of place, I would make sure the website works exactly the same in all browsers, I would work more on the overall white/negative space (padding and margins), having multiple links (featured services) with different titles but pointing the same page is not good for seo... and about the header/big image, just think like this "What would clients want / find valuable when arriving on my website", and make sure you answer this on the home page Who you are? What you do? Why I should Care (what makes you special, what you do better than anyone else)?

And there are more, but I need to leave the office...
