There is no header at all so it looks likes a webpage. The navigation is so haphazard , even hard to find. Its not aligned at all. The colors are good and contents are okay too . There is a lot of margin of improvement.

Nice job Very good design
But there is i little problem when i open the website it seems like on e of the picture is not working i mean in the right corner
and i would say the website is very nice designed

The header needs to go, black just doesn't work with the rest of your page.
You need a logo and possibly your bus. name done nice, not just plain text. I'd incorporate the logo and name in the header and remove the black and try other colors to work with your overall color scheme.

It is a bit odd looking to have a google search in the header, I'd remove that, put it lower on the page, maybe on the right hand side.

Your site search needs a "Go" button or "Search" button to be user friendly. Also you may want to dedicate a page to the site search function, instead of having it on the first page.

The menu on the left seems out of order (about, privacy, and disclaimer are usually last) and there are no headers for each section of the menu. You might want to consider adding headers to the menu items and breaking up the sections with td background colors.

Just my thoughts...
