Hi,

I like your other website http://www.onlineletterhead.com/ more :D I learnt a bit about outlook from using your free template. Maybe just a bit expensive though

Anyway, regarding online lotto it's not a bad idea, an original as far as i know. You should gather more info about the site from the author such as keywords and description. That way you could develop a by product of this website such as a search engine :?:

Good luck,

Cheers, Prime ...

Thanks for the feedback prime

Let me tell ya....

The custom letterheads are made manually which takes design time, getting the graphics etc., then invariably the customer wants changes or redesign, emailing back and forth, you are talking an hour minimum. My initial idea was to be price competitive with a paper letterhead which I think I am.

My competition: I haven’t looked recently but the most expensive I’ve seen is $1,500 for a site license to allow anyone in the company to use the letterhead and that is an annual charge. I’ve seen some which charge per computer/employee and even one which charges per thousand emails sent.

Most competitors don’t quote prices online you have to contact them, they are significantly more expensive.

I’m sure there are cheaper ones, but for what I do £50 is a fair price and one I intend to raise one day because technically I’m out of pocket.

I get emails asking for help with 6 giant smilies and a full banner ad on the bottom and people saying I’m been charged $29.99 a month for this letterhead HELP.

Besides as far as I know there is only one site offering Free email letterheads…

A bit of a long answer - you struck a sore nerve :x

From a web business point of view: I could use some help
My plan is for customer to get comfortable with the free letterhead then they are more likely to order a custom one.
My site is
  1. Global (tested by a friend in Beijing)
  2. none tangible (no shipping)
  3. Self marketing with the discrete line on the bottom
  4. Done online (No downloads No free trial)
  5. Don't have to join or become a member
  6. and 100% FREE

30% of visitors make a free one and have it mailed to them
1% buy a custom one
0% complaints

Trouble is I only average 50 unique visitors a week

It should do well if I can get someone to actually visit the site.

Any help on that last point would be appreciated btw.

I like the site... It's a cool idea. I entered and everything seemed to go smooth. There is two things I see wrong though...

1. The links on the past winners page link to the past winners page lol... They should probably link to the actual site, no?

2. I'm PM'ing you #2 because it's probably something you wouldn't want everyone to know.

Thanks for the PM's and your digression, I think I’ve fixed all what you said including the gaping hole in my security.

You know how much I appreciate it.

Sites looking good to say its only 6 days old if you search for “website lotto” on google which are ambitious keywords used on a number of other sites

I can’t believe I’m the 2nd entry!

Also I found I was getting visitors from far and wide I tracked a bunch of Russian Federation visits back to an article about website lotto on a Russian tech site.
http://www.iteka.ru/ I translated it with babel fish even had a go at posting a comment

Здравствуйте
не говорю русского http://babelfish.altavista.com/
показываю признательность для вашей статьи о моем website :P

which means
How do you do,
I do not say the Russian - http://babelfish.altavista.com/
I show gratitude for your article about my website

Hands across the water eh..
