Hi

I have just registered as an affiliate, however, there is no information with regard to the 'deal' for affiliates. Is it payment per search performed?....etc

I think you need some promo text here to entise would be affiliates, i.e. I did not know for example the scheme pays in US $ until I had actually registered.

Regards
Phil

You should find a bit about it on the "FAQ" page and a bit on the "How it works" page. I think i'm going to have to add a bit more to it tho.
BTW i'm going to add Dmoz to the search feed by the end of the month, just so you'll always be able to find something. I did have Altavista as a filler feed, but for some reason that stopped working. I think Altavista have changed the way they do searches.

Hmmm, the script is still working. It must have been just a glitch or my hosting or filler feeds at falt.
BTW the next script build will be done by the end of this week. 25th August

Hi,
It seems to work fine. I didn't click on any of the links (as requested) so I'm not sure it really works. The window seems to pop back up when I minimize it (which was odd)

Anywho, what really needs work is your colour scheme. Do you really think blue, yellow and green all go together like that? Especially primary blue, yellow and green... and you've got red arrow too!

I would change the colours, definately. If there is one thing that puts me off a website, it's colours. It looks unprofessional, you know like someones new website that the have put all the text in different colours (just because the can, html and all)

I did some experimenting with searches. Most of the searches I did of things that are useful to me came up with "Look for xxxx at eBay - The World's Online Marketplace" and nothing else xxxx being my words.

I like your forum. Especially the fact that you don't need to register. I post on loads of forums (having to think up a new password (and remember it is a pain in the arse) I've recently added a forum to my site but can't seem to dissable the registering? Can't find how to do it ( but it really make sense..

Looking at the site as a whole, I think it needs a theme. I think you need to be a bit speciallised with search engines as there are so many around. Yours look like all the rest. Distiguish yourself with an interesting theme to match a specialise content.

Hope this is helpful and not too critical...

Well,
Personally I like search engines to be simple and not and to much in the layout..... I mean that little text box is the main thing in that site yet it only takes up like 1/30 of ur page, I like the content though I get it a 7/10
