Nice website, but you could make design more attractive, thats a fact :)
You could remove one adsense tower and put a square ad block (250x250) in the website body,
also you can find some 6pack products like weight loss and ab dominal weight loss on clickbank to get the best revenue from your website!

I have someone that is going to redesign the look of the site for me.

I will try your idea of adding a (250x250) ad block.

I will add some more clickbank products as soon as I buy my link cloaking software.
