cool, but make the colors stop and close it off down at the bottom, it makes it seem like i keeps going but you cant go any further

I like the design, very nice. Like mcfartknocker mentioned, it could do with a footer.
And that ad sticks out like a sore thumb - you should work on integrating it.

The first thing I noticed was how the page ended, seemed odd. But I checked your link exchange and only noticed a total of 30.

List with directories with anchor text for your keywords, and that should help boost your pr especially if it is higher than yours.

First thing I noticed in Firefox when you click the tabs the page seems to shift. It doesn't seem like "center" is always "center"
