The colors and site look nice but the contents look like spam

I think the site looks very professional. But the gradients just don't look right to me. Looks like you are trying to copy Windows Vista gradients. The transition between colors is a little to abrupt for lack of a better word. I'm noticing this mostly in the banner and footer gradients.

Nice directory. Good from design point of view for getting good traffic promote your site with all possible sources.
