Hi new to the board and this whole web building thing. So please show some tough love. This is a site I have been working on for a little while and would like some feedback. Please let me know what you think about the design and the coding.

http://www.bodybalanceliving.com

I'm in the process of updating the site with a little Flash, that can be found here: http://www.bodybalanceliving.com/test
In the near future I will be adding a forum and a few more Flash movies.
Thanks

p.s. Not responsible for text content. I know there are grammatical errors. Please ignore.

Great homepage, and The site is very intresting and has a lot of great information on it. Another great thing is that all the links work. Like you said there are some text errors, But i amm guessing that they are being worked on?

i agree with "penguin" Great homepage
gradient on the nav bar. Its all presented very well. The rollovers on the right work very well with the site. But personally i think the spacing on the word "living" Is too far for me. Takes me a miles to read :)
only joking

9/10 ;)

Very nice site with good clean graphics. The top title bar may be a little too big as some people may like to read something without scrolling down. The pictures are very nice. If possible, try to get more information on the pages without visitors having to scroll down. Otherwise, great looking site. Good luck.

I visited... http://www.bodybalanceliving.com/

I agree with the one review that the header could be reduced in size where as the content could be read with out scrolling down.

This goes the same for the menu...the graphic at the top of the menu in my opinion needs to be placed else where. For just the reason as the content.

Navigation should be above the fold and at the bottom of each page. your menu with the graphic is hidden some what.

Your Content/Originality is good.

T he navigation is good except as I stated before.

Graphics are good

Load time and Compatibility is good except for the statement about scrolling down to read the content.

Final comments: well designed web site...

Thank you all very much for your insight. Not sure if I will be making the suggested changes. Not that I don't agree with them, but the people won't send my final payment! But I will take these tips to my next project. Thank you all.
