Dicth the tables for the layout and convert it to CSS. CSS will allow you to position things on screen without using bulky and awkward tables. It will also allow you to set proper margins etc, for instance, you could set a margin/padding attribute around the main content of your page, which will give a better alignment if the text with the navbar. I'd suggest hand-coding pages to ensure you get maximum control over the layout etc, rather than using Frontpage

I won't repeat what everyone else says but I agree with the CSS & font size issue already brought up.

The Bulletin Review, the Contact ReviewBoard & Submit your Host links are broken.

Home link is also dead. Also you should put the home link up higher near the top not near the bottom. You want to make it more visible, not hide it within your content.
