If the website is in your signature, this is what i am looking at...

I would probably say, as soon as i go onto the website, it seems very confusing. As a user, there was nothing really to focus on as soon as i went into the site. I think if you made the Navigation as more a feature as well as something to define what your services more that would helps its userbility. Overall i think there could be a good basis once things are cleaned up a little.
