Overall, the site looks good. My gripe is with the nav menus. I think that you would be better off changing the entire background-color of the link container than just using a plain white line on a:hover. I also think you would be better putting the links flush-left instead of centering them as they are now. This should be very easy to fix, just add a few things to your CSS. And the <hr>'s in the nav take away from the whole professional appearance of the page. You would be much better off just getting rid if the <hr>'s and just adding a light gray {border-top: 1px solid #blah\\}. Again, every criticism I mentioned would be so easy to change, and it would improve the overall appearance of the page. So you have no excuse. :D

1) Get rid of the hover underline on the nav.
2) Instead make the entire link container change it's background-color to simulate highlighting.
3) I think it would be better to have the nave links be flush left rather than centered.
4) Get rid of your <hr>'s and replace them with a simple light colored {border-top: 1px solid #blah\\} on all your nav link containers.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Some very good points, and duly noted.

1st impression I liked the look of the site. The colour and feel of the site are professional with well placed links and such.
After a couple of minutes looking through the various internal links though, I kept thinking, or rather had the feeling, there was more off to the left of the screen, central alignment maybe or a border down that side of the page?
Flags for the site location: Ok, although I tend to agree with what was said earlier in this thread about not really neccesary...
Resources link I think should have more info than just 'Links' maybe a description e.g Information on the following can be found at...
The 'Seamless text only integration' looks out of place on the banner, just my opinion.

All in all though I like the site, you can please some of the people some of the time, not all of them all the time...
Hope this helps.
