To me, with so many images, the website is looking clumbsy. Its not looking that professional. One has to think a lot before finding its right section.

Frames should be removed.

Too much distraction. Visitors might get bounced off.

Keep only those that will attract visitors to get into your inner pages.

Make the important sections prominent or highlight them, so that it gets easily caught in the eyes of the visitor.

i agree with hard to read with alot of frame. could you break it down into more pages with links to each one in the main menu.
