The first thing I noticed was the links was spread all over the place.

The site looks really busy and it's hard to focus on any certain part of the page.

I do like the bottom part where the homes are listed. That is laid out really nice.

I would work on the logo a lil more and IMO I would not have it animated.

Well the site has a great modern layout and looks quite organized to me. Though its hard to switch domains, I would consider something shorter than luckymountainhomes.com, perhaps summithomes.com or bassovahomes.com which are easier to remember. You should also consider using the main page to talk about your newest homes and put your promise as a relator on the buyer and seller pages. Overall though, you do a great job of clearly presenting information. Best of luck with your new site!

I actually really like your site.

In general I am usually not a big fan of black backgrounds, but I thought you handled it well.

I also agree with someone else's comment about the domain name... moving to a shorter domain name would be helpful.

the only think i am turned off by is the dark colors.. i think you should go for a lighter color as people are shopping for a home.. dark site dont give that rich feel that i site like this should.

OMG that is an amazing tetra omg brilliant laout... i don't know why i said tetra but no word in the same context as web layouts could possibly be used to describe how good that layout is!

maby the yellow and green text colours are a bit too strong for the layout

also, the layout shows fine in firefox and internet explorer though it takes a while in internet explorer, could be something to do with the way it handles preloading images

oh and also because it loads the pages seperately, not dynamic navigation, it loads every page again each time in ie

I can see why you like it Bozebo - your site is the same colour!!!

I also think a lighter colour would do the job and I'd change the colour of the text "FEATURED RE/MAX SUMMIT COUNTY HOMES" and perhaps put it in lower case.

Otherwise a nice site with a good layout!
