Looks pretty nice other than the blue sidebar isn't in the right perspective. The bottom looks warped, especially when you compare it to the bottom edge of image "no map picture found". I'm not sold on the blue color of the sidebar, but its not bad. I'm terrible with colors, so you probably did better than I would do.

The only con to me is the sound from the flash on the home page. I personally just find it annoying and don't like background sound on websites but other than that, excellent website.

Its pretty neat.. The only thing is my personal, i don't really like when i open a site and my speakers start the music i was not expecting

yes, It's look good, very professional, and easy to read.
BUT REMOVE THE SOUND !!
You can make the sound begin on "onMouseOver" action, it's less disturbing.
