The scrolling text is distracting up top. The "E-mail us (on the address below)" is kind of weird. I wouldn't go into a rant about how much work you would have to do per page. Perhaps saying something to the effect of 'every client is different, and we can't set a per page price' I'd also use emails from the domain name, not your hotmail accounts.

Flash?! Flash?! Do not try doing flash until you get the basics of HTML down! What is up with the images? How to you you ar going to sell your talent? You dont have a portfolio. Sites like that should have portfolios, or at least client pages. You seriously need some help coding. http://www.webmonkey.com Try learnin there.

Client pages meaning the people that have used your service, and have websites built buy you.

Which should not even need to be explained if you are intending to go into the webdev business IMHO.

ok.your site is,well o.k.and it's step in the right direction.and it's your site.if you choose that design it's yours.hey i like it(course i dont have 'nough courge to post mine,so already,you've beat me.

by the way, flash is a good thing to learn.and it's usefull, but on a 56k,it's slow so if you do use it,just dont over-do it.

i think the site is basic for a webdesigners site. I am not sure how much business you will get. I don't think free domains are the way to go either.
Sorry mate...
