Please take a look at my site(s) and their sister sites. http://www.rascalscooters.com

I'm looking for general input on usability. Please keep in mind that my audience is the 55 and older set and have limited surfing skills, vision and dexterity.

Looks good, but I think that top menu is a little confusing. I think drop downs would have been a little better.

I think the usability is just fine - the navigations are at the places where people would generally expect, so that's good.

Not sure if this is going to be helpful: If your sales revenue is high enough, you may want to add some logos like Verisign, Hackers safe etc to build more confidence with your visitor for them to make purchases.

I just had one problem with your site. The page:

http://www.rascalscooters.com/powerchai ... airs.shtml

is too wide to fit in the browser window forcing me to scroll to the right. I didn't check if there were other pages like this but you might want to make it so the user doesn't have to scroll to see all the content.
