but there is a lot of empty space at the bottom of your page. it may be reduced

I like your site.

The only thing I would suggest is keeping your fonts consistant.

and just altering the size and or bold things.

The only other thing is tht big long list of locations, trap all that into a drop down menu, I would consider adding subcatagories like regions.

it is allright but the ads are not attractive in my opinion, you could set it out better. i think this site has a lot of potential but it needs to have a makeover. great idear tho really great idear i wish there was something like that where i live but i think you need to set it out better for best preformance.

Great idea for a site!

You might want to format the text at the bottom of the page, the Renting Tips for Landlords & Roommates bit. At the moment it's just sort of bolted on the end of the page!

Not keen on the little scrolling boxes with the discriptions. Can you not fist in the complete discriptions on the page? The ones I looked at seemed short....?

I would say it looks nice .. and also if i could suggest anything it would be moving the Google ads to the far right

This site is a really good resource for people looking for rooms. I really like the idea.

From a design point of view i think you banner logo could be better. The "rooms to let" text enclosed in the blue box does not take up much of the banner. You have a big white space just before the expedia ad. How about a graphic in here? maybe a set of keys or a key in a door. Or something that is relevant to fill that space.

Overall its quite a busy site with many things drawing my attention. The flashing google ad, expedia ad, advertise rooms to let free, the most recent ads and the the picture on the left of the bed and to a less extent your red logo. I am not too sure where i am being directed.

The rooms to let, advertise with us and the payment options i would move about as they dont look do anything at the end of the page. (right)

Although as i said its a good idea and certainly if i am looking for a room to rent i will be checking out your site as it seems a really good resource.

Im with Eddie, the header is kinda bland. Not memorible ... and maybe a logo.... ?

Personally, I think the colors should be limited and more consistent. Right now, they are kind of all over the place and don't seem to blend in that well. The site is a tad bit too busy looking. In other words, it looks rather cluttered and some reorganization could be in order. But...the sites concept itself is a good one.

Try to separate the recent ads from the left column, with them being soo close together its making thing slook a bit cluttered.

Your banner at the top could diffenately improve.

Also i really think you should put the landlord information on its own page.

I would center the layout. Put something in the header to make people know what's all about: an image that could "speak for itself". You need to settle to a colour theme (blue with orange or red with green; dark red and blue are not quite a good idea).

Keep us posted on the development

i think you SHOULD have a graphical logo not just text
the second part of the page (the bottom part)needs to be more organized
not just text on gradient background
i think if you consist your fonts types and sizes it would be better,

+ Nice Site
- The bottom texts that starts in Hygiene, should be in another page, probably labled, Features.

+ Consistant Content, or in other words, on topic
- Advertisements? You support advertisements on your site?

+ Nice consistant page layout
- slow
