Well I feel like you haven't really settled on a style. There are a bunch of elements that all look different on the page. The logo needs to be refined and polished and then a style for the page should be established that fits with the logo and the buttons and all the parts of the site. The style should hold all the parts together.

I was referring to the main navigation. The font used on the buttons doesnt match any others used on the site. I would much prefer see the clean font used on the title bars.

i don't have much experience in web design i'm still beginner :(
but i would say my opinion may it help some how:)

first thing i noticed this video in main page is automaticy play i think it'll be good if in't not automaticly played

and this red color if it's possible to change to something else

Yeah I agree, that red is just too much, it sortof sticks out too much.
And how about some rollovers on your tabs, I think that would look good!

i fixed the W3C markup errors..
now its "Failed validation, 73 errors".
i will fix other errors too..

Seem all catagery is repeating, example recently watch and most popular the clip some are repeated. I think u can change ur algorithm so that ppl can direct c more clip option in the main page...

I like the overall look of the website, except for the tags displayed so boldly in a red window, it immediatelly drew my attention. Its just not the first thing I like to see when I enter website where you can watch and post vids.

The domainname is very OK, very appealing. Half of your website's potential lies there I'm sure.

The most popular Tage left side on top should be new arrange and the video if not auto from my idea is best

Hi!

I like the look and feel of your site, but I suggest putting the Most popular Tags on the bottom of your site and in another colour. Also you can try placing the featured Video on the left and next to it the most watched video in your library.

This is my 2 cents and I hope this helps.

I'm thinking you might be looking at some trouble with trademark infringements using the Sony name in your domain. You might want to check with an attorney before you run into legal problems.
