Very nice site you have there. I really couldn't find anything to be a critic of... especially the models 
Good color arrangements, navigation, and particularly the flash header... I like the effect you get when it changes from the surfer to the bridge/sunset.... make the sky turn purple for a second around the surfer...
Even the Meta Tags are in place (noticed a lot of people will have a eye pleasing site with no tags... lol) Only minor thing I can even think of to add is a robot.txt file.
Again, great job so far on the site!
