Looks like good start..
Well it not so good, even with flash in header. I can't tell you what's wrong but.. you need more practice and experience in web-design. Look at other designs. Maybe even try to copy some buttons and colorstyles. It's ok, if you won't try to sell it.

Hey man, i dont think thats a bad attempt but if you want to look more professional you should buy a domain name as people tend to associate .tk with bad designing. You can purchase a .co.uk domain for £6 for 2 years @ ukreg.com. Overall not a bad site but maybe you should change the font in your header logo so it looks more smooth.

i would move the google ads below the main content, or even to the right of the main content. also, the menu could be a bit more noticable - perhaps a bigger font, or something to draw the user's attention to it. Also, the flash animation could be a bit smoother in places.
Stick at it tho, it only needs a few tweeks here and there.

hello again friends ! Thank you very much for your reviews they can help me a lot to improve my site design.IIn fact i'm a programmer , not especially a designer but i experienced my first web site ...and this is very important i wanted to make something original ..you know ...there are a lot of templates and a lot of websites copy from another.I just wanted to make something clean on my own .
thanks again , i'm still waiting for your review and advices .
the site is optimized for ie 5.5 6.0, opera , netscape 7.1 mozilla , firefox ..The best resolution is 1024 x768,i haven't finished yet the other stylesheet ,for lower resolution and higher.

Well it's not bad for a first try but I think you should ditch the google ads.

Also, the colours seem kind of random. If you're not sure if they match you can probably find a free colour tool or you could use something like the colour picker on http://www.behr.com

Try building a site with more content. Also, I would lose the right justified text.....it looks funny.

Hi.
Please consider putting a bit more graphical thing to your website. it's too texty/simple for a Design/Development company and please put out those google ads if you wanna run your "own" company.

Not too bad, but not really professional looking. For me, there's too many shades of red. It's better to use just one or two colours. At least the rose and the dark red don't match for me. And the header is too loud compared to the rest.
Well...we all never stop learning :-)
