i dont know how... but i got hacked.somebody deleted all my photos in "files" folder and replaced them with a index.html document..

Check your computer for keyloggers.

can you be a bit more detailed? What do you mean "files" folder? is this on a web server? your local machine? a network? What?

files folder means a folder in my cpanel.

Your web host should be able to provide you cpanl access logs and IP addresses of who accessed what.

Probably some sort of exploit that can be executed against the Web server. IIS has some really fancy holes in it
