Keep in mind that search engines are different from each other. If you really want to rank high in different SEs, you have to work it out with your own strategy, then wait until you achieve the results you really wanted..

I observed that Yahoo algorithm is based on content and I suggested that you submitted you create article with your targeted keywords and submit it to article submission .

There's little differnce in ranking and indexing......often google index a site quicker than yahoo but it takes time to get ranking on google. Yahoo takes a lot time to index a site or a new page and after indexing it agan takes lot time to get rank on yahoo too.......and both yahoo and google have different alogrithm in terms of ranking so it quite often you have different ranking on yahoo and google.

All Search engine not have the same algorithm. Every algorithm own concept for handling PR. You should be write content and choose keywords for all seach engine style, so it would be helpful to you get good PR on other seachengines.

Try to search what factor is yahoo focusing on, then follow what steps to be done in order to rank well in yahoo.

SEs are giving more weight on KWs in anchor text and it's a factor in getting a good position in SERPs

oo yaa i am agree with markov's views....
their are very less chances to keep a same rank in different search engines....this is possible only if your site name or bog name is totally unique that is which is difficult to guess.
For example :- suppose ur blog name is http://www.dxeztufe.com
and i am sure if you search by using keyword "dxeztufe" ,it will be on first rank on every search engine.and it is possible only if http://www.dxeztufe.com exist.....
