How to block/unblock online people?

Hi there,

I am always confused with yahoo messenger. Its very easy to block/unblock online poeple in msn but dont know how to do same in yahoo messenger.

Second I am trying to upgrade my prior verision yahoo messenger with new one but after successful installation its showing error message.
Could you please tell me where I am mistaking?

Well......I will suggest you to first uninstall the earlier version you have downloadd and then try to download new updated version and also you can block or unblock online members easily just by changing your settings of yahoo messenger............
