Submitting my website to Japan's Yahoo BB?

I have a site aimed at a japanese audience and I think Yahoo is number1 search engine for japanese, I found a link from the normal yahoo page that took me to the japanese yahoo submit website page but it was all japanese any suggestions?

As a matter of interest, in which way is your site directed towards the Japanese when assuming you're going to be using English in your content text?

If you are using English as your content text then just use yahoo.com submit page to submit your site, i don't see any point in submitting a site in English on the Japanese page.

I do speak japanese but it would take a long time to wade through all of the Kanji, I was hoping there was a quicker way
