Yahoo Korea have just launched their Webzari tool for getting a visualization of backlinks.

It looks a bit childish to me, But seems to do the job. I would have liked to see it looking a bit more professional. There is little point yahoo targeting regular users with this, It's going to be mostly webmasters using it and that little rocket ship comes across as a bit patronizing.
