Hello, I can log into my Yahoo Mail okay, but the page it takes me to is blank.

In the address bar it comes up with the usual, but the actual page is just blank.

What could be causing this?

Try it on another PC. See if you get the same results.

When you say the address bar is okay are you referring to the IE bar or the actual address ie from/to/subject etc. I had athe scenario whereby I could see the headers of all my emails but no text. The text was there as it could be copied and then opened in Word. I tried many anti virus/trojan finders to no avail until I downloaded a trial version of NOD 32 antivirus from http://www.eset.co.uk/download.

TIP:
1. if you are using a PC that has a low specs (processor, memory...etc), then the loading time that it will take is very slow and it could cause your e-mail page to go blank if that is the case.
2. maybe you have way too many e-mails that it takes too long for all of them to load on the page of your browser.
3. see for your browser settings and try the tool section for options.
