google ppc here, because in yahoo they don't care for your position in their SERP, yet in google they do(they help you to boost up your SERP)...

There is no relationship between Google PPC and Google SERPS (Free Search), either is there with Yahoo PPC.

I would recommend testing with Google PPC first. It is the easiest to use and gives you more visitors to test with. Depending on what results you see, I would take your best performing ads/keywords and then test with MSN PPC. Lastly, I would test with Yahoo PPC. It's the hardest to use, and in my experience, gives you the worst results...but all depends on the industry your in and your website.

Google PPC allows you having many options and formats when it comes to having your ads displayed on the websites. The Google ads receive better and high quality clicks and Google can dismiss many of the invalid clicks which means better and more economical results for you as the advertiser.

Google ads are also receiving targeted traffic because are placed on quality sites and many people would see and notice them.

This post no longer has an relevance. Yahoo is ending their program.
