yahoo search engine



Ive noticed that yahoo is only finding my first page of my site and no others. Is this something new? Some sites have many pages listed?

It may be the way Yahoo indexes pages... otherwise just give it some time if it's a new site.

yahoo takes time, It gives more important to content rich pages, try acquiring backlinks from page that is regularly scrolled by yahoo, It may help you

Give it time, Yahoo is just slow at everything I reckon.

Others may have noticed this, but a couple of days ago I noticed that both my two newish (6 month) sites both jumped to no.1 in Yahoo for multiple search queries, having been search fodder for months. Considering it happened to the two at exactly the same time, was this some kind of algo change or yahoo update or something? I didn't think they did that....

I don't know but I have the #1 spot for 5 of my keywords on yahoo, same with all the web and altavista.

i dont know the Yahoo nature but yes it appeared a noticable changes at backlinks and ranks.
Also yesterday i learned that Yahoo has its own PR called "webrank" :shock:

Curious what prompted you to think of that domain name when you were only 8 years old? In particular when Alltheweb was created over 6 years ago on Sept. 26 1998? That would put you at roughly 7 years old, correct?

I don't know of anyone who gives out his/her personal info. such as birthday. So, how do you come about knowing how old omirix is?

if your inner pages are important then you should get inbound links for them as well to get them listed
