Why? PR is a pointless metric anyway, Even for google it's a minor factor in SERPS, and thats real PR, Toolbar PR is not only useless, but it's also innacurate and out of date.

I think PR is not of use that we have to think about.

Most important thing is the traffic at your site everyday.

For me i would not bother for google PR or Yahoo PR or any thing related to PR.

Getting a high PR is not my focus. Your focus should be the guest or customer coming to your site. Having some good content. So you can get return vistors. The PR will come.

Thats my 2 cents

I agree with Fergie,

Our main focus or attention should be on number of visitors on our site and not the PR.

I don't say that PR is of no use but the main should be the visitors and the satisfaction of visitors on visiting your website.

Few of my site has PR of 4 and few have 0 PR but i just concentrate on the visitors for business .

Fergie, if you knew what PR really means, you would think website optimization in an entirely differently prospective.
Actually google pagerank PR has allot to do with the way a website is ranked and how it SHOULD be ranked. Knowing the formula of how the google PR works, it will in fact help you work around that formula to better rank your website. ;) Here is a link on divisionbell, if you have not read this article, i would take the time for anyone who wants to really get top ranking on google. http://www.divisionbell.com/google-pagerank.html At least this is how google works, as for yahoo as i mentioned in my other post, we ( i ) do not know how their system works.

Good luck
