I tried to install and rpm and I got the following:

[root@localhost RPMS]# rpm -ivh linuxwacom-0.6.6-5.i386.rpm

warning: waiting for transaction lock on /var/lib/rpm/__db.000

Preparing... ########################################### [100%]

1:linuxwacom ########################################### [100%]

How can I check wether the rpm was actually installed and where?

Thanks :?:

# rpm -qa | grep linuxwacom

# updatedb
# locate linuxwacom

or try running the command
$ linuxwacom

(# signifying the command needs to be run with root privileges, and $ signifying it can be run as a regular user, of course :] )
