I am going to start getting in the habit of creating a monthly thread in Meta which shows the sort of work and progress that is being made to improve Ozzu, its community, systems, features, etc. Not only will this give you an idea of what is going on behind the scenes with Ozzu, but it might also create opportunities to ask questions and give your opinions, and realize what has changed even if you didn't notice on your own, especially if changes were subtle.
Most Notable Changes
The most notable changes for March of 2022 are that threads of all types (questions, discussion, meta, etc) now have more information on when posts were created and/or updated as well as badges and the reputation of the user who made the post. Instead of the relative date appearing below the author of the post, this has now been replaced with the amount of reputation of the user and the number of badges they have earned. The date portion is now moved to the bottom right of each post and in addition, will now include the last time changes were made. Additionally, at the top of the thread, the number of times the thread has been viewed is now displayed.

For mobile view, all of this same data is there as well, but its immediately to the right of the author's avatar:

I wanted to be a little more clear on when threads were updated, especially because some of the content on Ozzu is evergreen content, that is even though it was created many years ago, it may still be valid today, or perhaps still valid today with edits/updates to the thread which are now reflected via the Updated remark.
